...A Holiday Tuesday?

I woke up this morning nice and early, ready to go to ballet. I look out while boiling water and see this with big huge flakes.

They mentioned on the evening news that it might be snowing or freezing rain this morning. I really didn't believe them.... I find they exagerate in a major way. That said, 2 inches during rush hour will shut this city down. They don't have any equipment to deal with snow, particularly in the valley.... particularly when it is now forecasted to turn to freezing rain during the day, none of it melting.

So, no ballet for me today... I'll just have to eat breakfast while enjoying my pretty backyard.

Now if they would only cancel class.

UPDATE: As I wrote this, school was CANCELED! My week is now officially done!
